Tau Game Lodge is located in the Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa’s Groot Marico region near the Botswana border. Wildlife sightings are frequent and varied, with elephant, both black and white rhino, lion, cheetah, spotted and brown hyena, buffalo, leopard, zebra and endangered wild dog regularly recorded in the reserve. A wide range of antelope species also visit the waterhole, including impala, springbok, kudu, waterbuck, wildebeest, eland, blesbok, nyala and the elusive sable.

Kings Camp Private Game Reserve is located in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve on the western boundary of the Kruger National Park.
